Speaking as someone that went to University, and as someone who has not swirled, a lot of black want to disassociate themselves with anyone & anything black when they're at University.

You'd have to catch people in particular societies (breaks the separation by subject).

Meanwhile many of the white athletes go to the school's, programs, etc being around their own for most of their amateur/college run and pro career.

Instead of all this black-bashing, people gotta understand it's just a numbers game. White men outnumber black women almost 6 to 1 nationwide with much more skewed ratios in many parts of the country. Even if every WM wanted a sista, 80% would have to settle for a pawg, paag or Latina.

Flip-side........there are almost 6 WW for every breh. Take out all the racists + pawgs that just don't like brehs or have barely even known a breh and you're still looking at probably two pawgs for every single breh. College campuses at big, sports-loving state schools are going to be even more slanted.

Athletes with good looks and lots of game can pull top-shelf sistas....and many of them do.

I can't think of many instances where the BM was wayyyyyy better looking than the WW, if we're talking athletes. It's usually comparable people if we just look at their face and ignore earning potential. The athlete brehs pulling BW are probably more conventionally attractive than the ones pulling WW.

Not sure if this is 100% true....but every time they show the BM and WW on draft day, I see two people that honestly look like they're in the same league mostly. BM could do better, but he ain't gon truss a dime WW or BW if he wasn't already pulling that kind of broad in middle school or high school.

Can't speak for anyone else. But in my household I was looking up to my parents and people like them as role models, not people I can't personally relate to. That's the first issue and why we shouldn't even be talking about this.

I think it's counterproductive to put entertainers on a pedestal. They will show their ass eventually and you only have yourself to blame for putting regular people who just happen to have a lot of money on a moral platform they probably didn't even ask for

If your parents are relying on football players to serve as their primary role models, than they failed plain and simple.

The real issue to me is that those dudes Black families did not teach them self esteem. So those dudes end up seeking acceptance from White folks.
