no it not, its called athleticism.
athleticism is a SKILL
no it isnt. You saying it is, and repeating it over and over, does not make it any more true.
um...no.
if you run a 4.40 40 on your best try, no matter how hard and for how long you try and practice running faster afterwards, you wont be able to run a 4.20, EVER.
athleticism is a SKILL
If you have to WORK to develop something, WORK to maintain it, and WORK to use it ....it's a motherfukking skill.
LeBron didn't come out of the womb with a "Spalding" birthmark on his nutsack.

No... Actually the 40 Yard dash, just like any sprinting race can be fine tuned and improved upon... The only reason I know this was because when I was recruited for football improving my technique and general sprint speed for the 40 was a huge part of my workouts.... If you run below a 4.5 then you can improve and get it to 4.3 speed and possibly 4.2 speed... Anything above 4.5 probably not though.... Freshman year of Highschool I was running 4.7's and by my senior year I was running 4.35 due to hardwork....
*daps* I went from a 5.1 to a 4.6. Nikkaz think people just born, fast, explosive, etc. That's hours in the gym nikkaz. Only non athletes say dumb sh*t like this. Yes, can't work on height/size. And you can't go from average to world class speed only by working out. But at anyone thinking an athlete can just wake up and dominate. Just look at guys like a Shawn Kemp. Once he let go of his conditioning, his dominance dropped considerably. There's more hard work in this sh*t than people realize.
