His skill set isn't better than Kobe, Melo, or even Piru P. And none of those guys are as skilled as Jordan.

I think lebron is more skilled than jordan....i don't think he was better. Lebron is a better rebounder, ballhandler, better passer, can run an offense more fluently, yes in that regard, but i'm not gonna sit here and act like jordan couldn't do all those things as well...jordan was a very good at those things too, but i think lebron edges him out in those....

man, if lebron had jordans killer mentality we would be witnessing the greatest player to EVER step foot on the court...

When referring to any sport when someone says "skill", the word technique is usually what is meant. Physical attributes are not usually described as a skill. You can be the best and not be the most skilled because of physical/mental attributes.

Usain Bolt may not be the most skilled 100m runner of all time. This guy could come off the blocks slow, bring his body and head up too fast and not lift his knees high enough and still win Olympic Gold. He's a freak of nature, 6"4 people DON'T run that fast. That's why what he does is so scary, his running technique had a long way to go.

Jordan's is a better scorer, better defender, ball-handling? Jordan averaged 2.7 turnovers per game to Lebron's 3.3. As far as skills are concerned...Jordan's best all-round season is better than Lebron's. Jordan in one season averaged, 35 points per game, 8 rebounds and 8 assist...for an entire season!! That was the year Doug Collins had Jordan running point guard for the entire season! Oh and in the 1991 NBA Finals...Jordan did his best Magic Impersonation, averaging 32 points per game and 12.1 assist...in the NBA Finals!!!

Jordan can do almost anything Lebron can do, but better. Except for rebounding..maybe...and he still had a game where he dropped 69 points with 18 rebounds.

If I remember correctly it wasn't the whole season. It was about 20-30 games.
