:wow:DERRICK ROSE AVERAGED
25 AT 22 YRS OLD.

STEPH WASNT EVEN AT 19PTS
AT 22.

STEPH DIDNT HIT 25+ UNTIL
HE WAS 27.

THERES LEVELS TO THIS.

And fell back down to 21.8ppg on 43/31/81 shooting the next year even before his injury. :heh:

That was in his 4th season, at that same point Curry was averaging 23ppg on 45/45/90 splits.

Curry gone over 25ppg five times including 30+ppg twice, Rose has NEVER been over 25ppg and has only been over 22ppg once. :mjlol:

Doesn’t change the fact that Rose has been failing to do damage after his MVP season

Are you talking about rolling his ankle? Steph dealt with consistent ankle issues his entire first 3-4 years in a league.

You're such a blatant hypocrite. :mjlol:

Remember when Stephen Curry's ankle injuries threatened his career?

Now that Curry will be sidelined again for at least five games, let’s take a look back at how his ankle has led to troubled times for him, the Warriors and their followers:

  • Ground Zero: The then-rookie guard suffers his first sprained right ankle against the Spurs on Dec. 8, 2010

  • Curry tweaks his right ankle five times during the 2010-11 season

  • Curry undergoes offseason surgery on his right ankle to help reattach and strengthen torn ligaments.

  • Jan. 4, 2012. For the first time since his surgery, Curry sprains his right ankle. The injury against the Rockets sidelines him for two weeks

  • March 11, 2012. Curry sprains his ankle against the Clippers after stepping on Blake Griffin’s foot. He winds up missing the final 28 games of the season.

  • April 25, 2012. Curry undergoes surgery on his right ankle for the second time. The surgeon cleans out a lot of scar tissue and removes loose bodies, but finds no structural damage.

  • March 23, 2013. After tweaking his ankle in games on Jan. 17 and Jan. 28, Curry suffers a season-ending sprained right ankle when intentionally fouled by Washington’s Cartier Martin, who was briefly Curry’s teammate in 2010

His very first year after the ankle injuries stopped he had a more efficient scoring season that Rose ever has and the year after that he won the first of back-to-back MVPs.

You were attacking Curry for not being an elite scorer while ignoring his ankle injuries, they you excuse Rose for not being an elite scorer....because of ankle injuries. This is why you've become the WOAT poster on this forum, every knows you care jack shyt about the game or any principles, all you do is shytpost your stanwars day after day after day no matter how awful your logic is.

The list of Rose's injuries is long, particularly for a young and otherwise healthy professional athlete. It all began less than two weeks into the season when Rose fell hard enough on his elbow to warrant X-rays. He escaped unscathed (X-rays were negative) but that would be the last time he would be so lucky. Less than a week later a collision with Timberwolves forward Anthony Tolliver resulted in a sprained left big toe. He missed one game but returned to action three days later, despite persistent pain. He lasted two games but then was forced to miss the next four because of the toe. Rose returned to the lineup in late January and seemed to be off to a fresh start.
Then the problems really began. Back spasms cropped up in February and forced Rose out for more than a week. A few weeks later there were reports of a groin strain which led to another dozen absences. Rose returned for one game (yes, just one) before a sprained right ankle caused him to miss more time. Days later it was his right foot sidelining him. Rose, who had missed very little game action before this season, expressed frustration with the cumulative injuries, at the time telling reporters, "For someone to not miss more than seven, 10 games in a year (my first three seasons), to miss 20 something, 30 something games, it hurts, man."
