No, save the essays tryna explain shyt chump. I didn't see an answer to my question.
OK, yes I am the one who doesn't want to parrot media talking points. Since you seem to need things broken down for you, I understand why you don't bother coming up with your own analysis.

I have to explain why the, at worst, 3rd best PG of all-time was better than Steph Curry?:dwillhuh:
:heh:

Can you not read? I'm talking about his peak as a player in comparison to Curry this season. Not what he's done of the course of his career. We can talk about where Curry sits on the all-time list near the end of his prime. Explain to me how Zeke (during his peak) had more impact than Curry did this season.

Curry just had one of the best seasons in NBA history, yet somehow that's not good enough to compare to Zeke's best season (when he didn't have ONE that came close to Curry's).

:dead:

Post Zeke's best season and then post Curry's best season then tell me who's better.

30 PPG on 50% FG shooting (20 FGA per game) or 22.9 PPG on 47% FG shooting (19 FGA per game).

That is a HUGE scoring difference. Again, this is like the difference in scoring between Kobe and fukking Rudy Gay.

And that's Zeke's best scoring season, the difference gets even BIGGER when Zeke started racking up double digit assists because his scoring dipped.

Let's be real.

Is this how yall discuss basketball in 2016?:dahell:

Post their best stats to determine who's better?:dwillhuh:

PPG totals is the only thing that matters when we are discussing who's the better PLAYER between 2 pgs?:jbhmm:

How's it blasphemy when Curry is on another level in terms of scoring and efficiency. That right there means it can't possibly be blasphemy.

You're judging Steph Curry best season vs Isiah Thomas best season and soley comparing their points & shooting %....ignoring the fact the 2 played in 2 totally different eras, in 2 totally different systems, with 2 totally different roles.

They were no Draymond Green's on Isiah Thomas' team to help run the offense in 1985. There were no Klay Thompson's on Isiah Thomas' team to help keep the defense attention in 1985. There were no "attack the 3 point line" mantras because the Pistons played 80s ball...midrange and in offense for the most part (league average was only 3.1 attempts from 3 a game) and feed the bigs.

Isiah Thomas was a better all-around player than Steph Curry is. Stats aren't needed in this discussion, because they don't measure everything that made Isiah Thomas great: court vision, passing ability, finishing ability, leadership, clutch, speed, heart, etc

I'm not gonna sit here and debate something STUPID like "bu-bu-but, Steph Curry best season was better than Isiah Thomas'....so he's better to me dammit!:mjcry:":camby:

So WHAT nikkas....Gilbert Arenas' best season is also better than Isiah Thomas'. It means nothing because Zeke is still the better player:ufdup:
