• Jews were awful and shifty in the middle east so they were continuously murdered and kicked out (that's why Judaism survived the iron age and became monotheistic)
• A lot of those kicked out Jews went to modern day North Africa and Europe
• The European Jews had to live around lazy cacs who didn't want to be bankers and tax collectors, so they forced Jews to do it, big mistake
