Yes because I had to lose damn near 30 pounds of fat from 200 to around 165-170 first before I started my bulk.

Lost 5 or 6 pounds since this pic was taken too

Just counting my calories and macros and adding cardio 3 times a week to my routine.

Don't really eat anything special.

Where I'm at now. 5'11' 190lbs. I'm happy with my size but I need more toning and definition. Especially in my midsection. I've struggled with getting the fat down in my midsection.
