Thanks breh, I really gotta try to eat healthy and stop drinking soda to get my abs to reach their full potential.



Higher protein diet for about 4-6 weeks will help. Drink pretty much just water and some Orange Juince and drink green tea if you like it.

Forget Soda!! move away from that shyt. get juices and water in.

Only need to do abs about 3 times a week for about 20 mins and fix up the diet for some definition.

Good work breh, Shoulder game is good. Work on the mid section and get the abs popping.

I'll up a progress pic in a few weeks myself, I am currently taking a week or so off before switching up my routine

A little concerned if it's body fat or muscle gain. Emailed my PT and she replied with
That is great Colin! I bet the weight you are gaining is muscle, not fat! You had become too thin and now you can see the muscle tone so much better! I predict you will gain a bit more but then stabilize....

Edit: As usual, I'm not showing the upper body muscles. Most of my muscle gain is from my biceps, triceps, and deltoids.

Edit 2: My rectus abdominis seems fuller as well. Definitely the top two ab muscles look like they have grown.

This is my starting point, I guess I'd like to lose a little weight but... eh. I think I just wanna focus on being healthy for now.
