Thanks breh, I really gotta try to eat healthy and stop drinking soda to get my abs to reach their full potential.
Higher protein diet for about 4-6 weeks will help. Drink pretty much just water and some Orange Juince and drink green tea if you like it.
Forget Soda!! move away from that shyt. get juices and water in.
Only need to do abs about 3 times a week for about 20 mins and fix up the diet for some definition.
