This is late 2010 when I first started trying to put extra mass on. I used to kind of cut on the regular. Lift, cardio, burners on days I did cardio. I usually stayed between 175 and 180. For most of college, I was no more than 175. After college, I go up to 190 bulking for the first time.
I think this was when weather in 2012 around UFC 145 sooo...last April-ish? I just remember that specific time b/c I was trying to cut. I was probably in the 180-185 range.
This is last week right after chest/back day. Lately, I wake up around 192 lbs. I think I started bulking again during the winter off the strength of one of these threads in here (probably krack's) and threw cardio in the bushes for the moment. Michael Kory's Youtube channel's got me into the habit of experimenting more with cooking and keeping it extra clean. I'm trying to force myself to eat like an animal and see if I can finally break a walk-around 200.
I never really notice how much I change outside of gaining mass and getting more full at this point. I've been at it for a long time so I only take update pics every so often. If anything's different between now and 2010, I've going way heavier on my sets for squats/bench and I deadlift WAY more consistently now.
I'm trying to get to CT Fletcher levels with bi's/tri's/shoulders nowadays but they won't listen to my commands.
