The main story line episodes are classic piff. Some of the random xfile episodes are straight odd.

A disturbing episode was the one with the quadripeligic incest. Home (The X-Files) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Cancer Mans story line episodes are dope. That episode on how he rose thru the ranks of the fbi is :whew:

Watch Fringe instead

I like Fringe and all but no. Hell no. The shows have similarities but they are two completely different animals and X-Files is much better. Fringe is definitely worth watching though and had the potential to be top notch but the writing fell off and the plot got convoluted.

I
I disagree. Only the first 3 seasons of Fringe are worth watching. The last 2 seasons should be thrown in the bushes.
I disagree. Only the second two seasons of Fringe are worth watching. The first season was ass.

Pretty good show so far, nothing mind blowing but I like the thriller mystery, aspect of it, didnt the breaking bad director produce for this show@hexagram23

I got a lot to say about this show but can't post much right now. As far as your question though, Vince Gilligan was a writer/producer for "X-Files" seasons 2-9.

Fun fact: "X-Files" is where Gilligan met Bryan Cranston, who acted in season 6, ep 2 "Drive". He played a real a$$hole, but you were supposed to feel bad when he died. Years later Gilligan showed this ep to AMC when he told them he wanted Cranston to play Walter White.

One more fun fact: "X-Files" is the reason "Breaking Bad" is ending so early. Gilligan thought the whole world was :blessed: about "X-Files" until the end....then a few years later he actually learned most people felt it fell off 2-3 seasons before the end. He was :sadcam: but swore never to let a show he worked on fall off again.
