First off, the PS4 is the same as the Xbox one, it just had a sightly better GPU
What you seen to be ignoring is the Xbox is designed to scale better than even on PC. That's why we running back compatible games at 120

So by design we can scale (like on PC) but better. Of course it is limited to the power of the system itself but it can do it better than a PC with the same specs is what I'm saying. on PlayStation scaling causes all types of problems and that's a design flaw. Don't put your design flaws on Xbox
