But idk what planet y'all was on thinking starfield would be 60fps on console.

I've been adamant about saying it's gonna be 30. The game look and probably run like unoptimized slop trying to hit 60 which for sure wouldn't be stable so already it's pointless.

It wasn't even holding a steady 30 in the preview.

A game of this size being on console and stable as it is currently is miracle in itself almost.


Could it in some months or year with time, sure. But 1 Todd legit likes 30fps for his games, and 2 who wants to wait for who knows how long for 60 fps to function on a console?

Can you imagine if the game got delayed for 8 months to a year for 60fps and a janky looking resolution and graphics.... Only to get ripped apart by players and reviews for 60fps on console anyway
