I was surveying a planet in the Charybdis system when I came across an NPC with a fukking pet lizard following her. I was trying to see if I could buy a damn lizard to follow me around like a space Dogmeat but no option for that.

I'm about to write a complain to Bethesda why I can't have a space pet follower, I'm tired of my goody too shoes ass companions always complaining about shyt. I'm sure this will be released with future DLC but wtf bruh why not now.
