If they are *targeting* the fall that pretty much means its coming out 2023. If Schreiers story checks out and thats how they announce it people waiting on that game might as well just put it out of their heads

Elder scrolls 6 could very well be 2025 or more. If we follow the timeline of starfield, and if thats releases by the end of 2022/early 2023, that gives ES6 a 3-4 year development cycle (its prob in pre right now).

Perfect Dark and Fable are still in in early production also, they are still doing major hires for both games

Not for MS. They sustain their business on hype cycles. That's why they are always leaking information to insiders. Plus they will just say fall/holiday 2022.

Outside of ES6, the latest the rest of those games are dropping are dropping 2025 the latest(most of those will be 1-3 years before '25). The Initiative formed in 2018, I sincerely doubt it'll take them 7 years to make PD even w/ covid in mind(AAA games take 3-5 years to make). Fable; Avowed, and Hellblade 2 have all been in development for 2+ years, these games will drop by 2024 the latest(Avowed and Hellblade 2 will be out by '23. Fable worst case comes out in '24).
