IT's ok for some of you mediocre nikkas to admit you're not ambitious. I'll be 42 next week and I've been partial owner of a restaurant, recording studio, i've traveled to different countries doing music, I've met and worked with a few industry rappers I used to idiolize. I've traveled, had fun, fukked hoes. Got into the IT Field with an english degree making 6 figures cuz I spent 10-12 hours learning SQL
ALl cuz I got off my ass and wasn't afraid to work hard and network. shyt is weak to me cuz i worked those hours, still came home and did what i Needed to do. Meanwhile nikkas like you want a fukking pat on the back for never building anything and having to work two 8 hr shifts back to back. YOU know what real nikkas call two 8 shifts back to bakc MONday and TUesday

FOH with this bootstraps babble. His entire fukking point was that they needed a union because they were short staffed and the scheduling was unfair, which is the very same thing that Starbucks employees have been saying for years.

Starbucks made $22 billion in profit last year. There is no reason to have only four employees working in the middle of peak hours.
