Just finished the movie. Haven't read the thread. But the movie wasn't as bad as people made it to be. It was better than the 2nd one. Didn't have as much impact as it should though. The worst thing about the movie was it certainly didn't set up another trilogy.

Yes certainly better than attack of the clones
but in all honestly the film is kinda a piece of shyt, but so much is happening at such a crazy pace that at the same time its still entertaining. By the time it came out I had known disney had no clue what they were doing so i just kinda enjoyed the ride

I can't blame breh for being mad. He had a ol girl who was trying to be a PAAG and the other new girl was all "senpai notice me, take my drawers". No love scenes with any of them. But had him at peak jungle fever only to have her live in the desert and take her almost fiance's last name.

Wild speculation.
In the 2nd trilogy, the emperor tells anakin of an old and lost jedi ability to bring people back to life. Now at the end of this trilogy, Rey and Ben's bond creates this life-saving power. I wonder if Ben's sacrifice to bring Rey back got her magically pregnant too.

I honestly dont know how they fukked it up. Last jedi gets trashed (sometimes rightfully, sometimes not) but at least it tried to set up something different than a stupid ass redemption arch again. Instead we got a film that forgot to credit reddit in the writer/storybywell i have now "seen" this movie on mute waiting for the final 4 to start
