Disney has too many IP's to flop.
There's already more shows on this i want to watch than on netflix.
Starwars and Marvel alone makes it worth the purchase for me.

Too many apps and too much clutter look at how modest ESPN plus is
not sure that is a valid comparison. Not interested in paying for sports unless i'm seeing it live.

it blows my mind that a nothing character who dies in a prequel is himself getting a prequel show. even after watching that trailer i don't know what this could be about really. "It's about the rebellion or some shyt," ok, fine, we coulda done that without Diego Luna's character whose name you absolutely would have never remembered holding our hand through it. this is one of the weirder member berry ideas in a while.

It’s crazy…. As a kid, I was always right down the middle between a Star Wars fan & Star Trek
But in the last few year, I’ve leaned more towards SW. I’m not even a die hard geek like some who knows all the mythos. But even the mid SW shyt feels more interesting to me

Looks good, the first star wars show that actually seems like it would make a good show.
Although I think in 2 more years if they keep pumping out star wars shows with only 1-2 season people will become numb, it feel like we are at a point where Disney is shoveling content in or face for no good reason other then the fact its "star wars". The book of boba fett was...ok...but absolutely pointless. (my guess is they filmed it cause all the sets from the mando and obi where availible and they could easily pump out another show during the "off season")
They need a flaghship show that could go for 5+ seasons. The mandalorina is good but without baby yoda the show has almost no appeal outside fan service plot devices.
