Tried watching it but got really, REALLY bored during the first episode.

This feels like Nolan-ized Star Trek. No thanks.

Second episode way better but give it a few minutes

Show is dope so far. You can't tell me any other trek shows started out as entertaining. It also looks great and Michael is an interesting character.

Trekkies are just being hostile to something new. I'm rooting for this too succeed but this cbs all access might be its downfall.

I do say

Lol yes they occasionally spoke in their own tongue but they did not spend entire scenes doing so. Don’t recall any scenes in any of the Klingon eps where there are whole conversations and whole EPISODES in klingon.

That would have REALLY sucked.

I don't mind it at all. This is coming from someone whom binged all seasons of star trek except the original

As much as I love BSG they were winging it much of the series and it really hurt the quality. The last season and ending especially. I still can't get over what they did to Starbuck.

A shytty character plotline (and that it was) doesn't diminish how good the series was. Also Caprica was pure cotton candy dreams.
