Moving completley(unlikely), invest in each other and ourselves,black banking,seperate schools and ciriculum,police ourselves,owning our own communities,stop handling our family disputes in the court system. I don't have all the answers,but these are steps.

He had a point in that he had the truth two fold.

White people are conditioned to be racist by genetics as well as society grooms it just in case they decide they want to resist their nature,as well as conditioned to preserve the system of white supremacy. And often times black people are conditioned to be on the bottom and conditioned into victim hood. By poverty,by environment,by association with the hopeless,and not knowing anything outside of our hood. His second truth is he is telling you how white people feel,even so called white allies. WIth the conditioning of white people(which they all agreed with) they are basically all admitting the cycle will never stop.

The steps we can take would be to seperate ourselves completely from the system of white supremacy. We have made the choice not to,which by definition is not taking the steps to remove yourself from being a victim in this continuous abusive relationship. Instead we are trying to assimilate into the system that will never be ours,rather than create our own systems. We would rather deny these truths to make ourselves feel better.
