The basic concept of misogynoir is that it's the unique intersection between misogyny and blackness and how that compounds into certain inequalities that is practically only afforded to black women. Black women inherit an experience that can't be shared to other races of women.

Same way being a black man entails gendered sexism as well. Black men experience many forms of invisible sexism merely on the fact of being black and male, sexisms that wouldn't be afforded to a black woman nor any other race of men.

Sometimes misogynoir gets carried away off a cliff, but it easily possesses merit.
