That comment clearly implies that black men do have privilege and that black women are more oppressed than black men. If you acknowledge that there is no black male privilege then how can you even partially cosign someone saying that black women have it worse than black men? It's one or the other.

This is about how for the last 40+ years black women have created an entire movement based on the false premise that black men have privilege over black women and are oppressors of black women. Her saying that black women are attacked double makes it evident that she shares that point of view and that's a huge problem.

I actually agree here and I actually dismiss any black feminist that claims black women have it harder than black men or are "oppressed" by black men.

I just find validity in black women's study of their unique oppression. Black women should be able to narrate their identity. Black men too but we've lacking on on a gendered narration of our existence. (Dr. Tommy Curry is fixing that).
