Square cut or party style. Chicago-style thin crust is often cut like that too. It's nice when you don't want an entire slice. And for parties where they order a mix of different pizzas, you can try every kind without needing to take whole slices.
Yup, I love imo’s pizza lol reminds me of Italian fiesta pizza from Chicago

That’s a tavern style pizza in Chicago they serve that too probably a Midwest thing.

I’m a NY guy but pizza is goat no matter the style/region (except that Altoona shyt :scust:) imo even if it’s homemade, big franchise takeout, refrigerated I’ll fukk some pizza up.

So you say, but my taste buds don't lie. I've had pizza in/from NY, Chicago, Detroit, Venice, Milan, Maui, except St. Louis (doubt if I missed anything), Los Angeles is best for creativity and variety.

It's gotta be damn near 100 pizza restaurants in Chicago and only like 6 serve deep dish. :aicmon:

Most folks in Chicago eating something like this Chicago 31st St. Pizza Restaurant | Home Run Inn over deep dish fam chill.
Yeah a lot of people got it in their head that Chicagoans only eat deep dish for some reason. Getting deep dish was like a special occasion thing for me and my fam. Growing up I may have had it like once or twice a year. It's expensive, takes long to prep, doesn't taste as good when you carryout, and most of the places that made it well weren't close by. 99% of the time we were ordering thin crust.
