You dont need to got that far though. There are a plenty of marvel Earth based character that can shyt on Goku. The average physic could turn him into a retard. There are child on Marvel Earth capable of reality warping. Hell the Invisible Woman could expand a bubble in Goku's heart koing him.

the gods on DBZ were smh at needing the Sayiens to take out Buu. Goku can't wipe out existance like the cosmic being, distort reality like Proteus, he can't fly through the sun like and blackholes like Sulfer and when Galactus is around Surfer's power is nearly limitless(heck he can't even breath in outer space, Surfer could just fly him to space and Goku,Franklin Richards Goku wants no parts of that little kid, Dr. Strange could basically create a magic Goku for him too fight while he seals him away with Dormamuu.

Before Namek exploded and he was talking with Frieza, he and Frieza both knew he couldn't survive in space. Frieza body could survive the pressure and lack of oxygen a sayiens can't whether super sayien or not. Speed isn't even an issue with some of these people neither is strength, although physically Goku is much stronger and faster than Dr. Strange and Franklin Richards he would last half a sec fighting them their powers surpass any of the nonsense we've seen Goku do.
Destroying planets is nothing to some of these Marvel characters just like some of the DBZ characters, the main disadvantage to SS3 is it only last a limited time add in that Goku is an idiot, and he can't breath in space there are a few cats that can beat him.
