How is Lonzo, a non-shooter, the perfect point guard for LeBron James :laff:

Lonzo has never shown us once what type of player he is without the ball in his hands, and was underwhelming when the ball actually was in his hands :dead:

LeBron would completely stunt his development, he needed 2/3 seasons of what he went through last year

Yeah, agreed. Add to this that Zo shot @ 12% from the foul line (j/k, he was actually @ 45%) and I'm not sure he's someone Bron can count on. If he vastly improves, OK, but that shooting (currently): :scust:

Need y’all to overpay for Smart so I don’t have to watch him every game :wow:

Phoenix can have him :whoa:

Most of the players I think could fit well are restricted. Yogi, Bjelica, Andrew Harrison, Montrezl, etc.

Hopefully we end up bring back Lance and GRIII. Stay away from Julius/Gordon too :francis:

Yeah I don't believe this. If the Lakers do get Bron Zo is the perfect point guard for him.
You're right, but the Lakers will have to give up Zo for pieces to work. I'm personally connected with Zo and love my LA connections I've gotten because of it. If this fakkits Lebron ruins it I will never forgive him!

Kobe won't let LeBron's ass contaminate the Laker's legendary name anyways.

He can’t shoot

Lol obviously Zo's shooting will need to improve but I'm talking about the other things he does

Mo Williams, Mario Chalmers, Kyrie Irving. These were the point guards LeBron was most successful with, and what did they do? Shoot, and shoot well. LeBron doesn't give a damn if they can do anything else. Lonzo's best attribute is passing, he won't even have the ball enough to do that, it's not a good fit.

We don't have evidence of Zo being a good defender either. I'm not sure where that's coming from.

I would think with Thad opting in that closes the door on chasing Gordon or Randle

Think there's still around $20M left with Thad opting in.

Normally I don't think it'd be enough, but with not a lot of other teams having cap room and perhaps one of Milwaukee/Orlando/LA willing to let a player walk we might have a shot. I'd rather go after Jabari than Randle/Gordon though.
