Y'all gonna start posting Burt Steele "insider info" next? :mjlol::mjlol:

All of y'all should already know NBA free agency is clout chasing open season for washed up old gamblers, beat writers, and bum no-name reporters trying to get people to pay attention to them cause no one ever does during the other 50 weeks in the year. Give your browser and bandwith a breather and ease up on regurgitating every cheesy twitter fingers scoop you see; if something tangible actually happens it won't take long for the whole world to know about it.
You called it

Magic and pelinka are going to fukk it up. Just sign lebron and pg. keep kuz lonzo and ingram. Wait a year and sign kawhi without losing any young assets and itll be a lot easier to dump dengs contract next year.

They dont have room to sign him next year it has to be a trade for him to fit

Why wouldn't they? If they sign one year contracts for players around PG and Lebron and came off Deng's contract they'd only have Lebron, PG, and whoever is left between Ball, Ingram, Kuzma, and Hart on the books.

If LBJ, PG and Kawhi all have 30 mill deals then that's like 90% of the cap so that would mean nobody could really be left over.

A max for LeBron is around $35 mil, a max for PG is around $30 mil. In 2019, Lonzo/Ingram/Kuzma/Hart will combine to make roughly $20 million.

The Lakers will not have the cap space to sign Kawhi with LeBron, PG, and the young players on the books.

If they want to make that Big 3, they're going to have lose some of that young talent, there's no way around it. They're not in a position where they can have their cake and eat it too :manny:

My memory is fuzzy, but are teams/players known to sign contracts right after the clock strikes @ 12am?

Usually contract extensions get knocked out early, like 12:03 am early. Players signing to other teams is usually a day or 2 in.

But those are verbal agreements not actual signings.
