There are no black television manufacturers, blacks don't own the transcontinental cables that carry data from country to country, there are no meaningful black networks or movie studios. Outside of meaningless sports and fairly baseless entertainment, blacks don't control any conversation in America or across the world, and they don't even control the sports/music conversation.

So, if that's the case and if whites are assumed to be racist, do you believe that the mediums and institutions controlled almost completely by whites are somehow void of racism because they don't allow certain words?

All of your thoughts and actions are governed by others. All of what you believe to be true was taught to you by some other group of people. What you do, what you drive, where you live, your very identity. The technology you use to type this bullshyt out was created by people who do not look like you. Almost everything in your life. Your very definitely of life. Your idea of what's valuable, your spirituality, your grammar, everything...some other group who does not look like you.

No, it forces people to be accountable in an open way that is impossible if everyone refuses to admit they hold racist views. This can only happen if the conversation is on the table.

What actually happens when people hold views but can't express them is they act with guile and act on their views in ways that are far more difficult to combat. Thus, it tends to become institutional. The courts, education, and so on bear this out.

Don't waste your time. They don't know anything but name calling and spinning it into you being MAGA/Republican/Trump supporter/etc. You could explain it to them in a 5 page essay at 2nd grade reading level and they'll pretend to not understand and react the same way.

I dislike when people take this out of context.

This does not mean people support racism or any violent or discriminatory acts against black people solely on the basis of skin color.

It means some people understand that racism exists whether it is stated out loud or held inside. It also means you have a much better chance of facing and fighting racism if it is openly discussed versus having to prove that it exist and then having to fight it. It bothers me when people are too dimwitted to understand context.

If you honestly think "I like my racism out in the open" thinking would lead to white folk being less deceptive, you're either not that well read, an idiot, or both.

The point of racism (really, white supremacy) is it's deception. That is how the system has worked for so long - deny it exists and practice it in subtle ways.

The "I like my racism out in the open" thinking wouldn't lessen racism either, it would just add another layer to the deception.
