I don't even have that big of a problem with weddings, except that I would refuse to get into massive debt over it.

The average NYC (even though I live in the suburbs) wedding costs something like $70,000.

I had a decent wedding in July man, we barely spent 8k. Had over 200 people and all. Ya'll wildin' spending all that bread that could go towards a house/cars/$$ for children...

You can have a dream wedding for under 10k, don't be fooled. TV/Movies got chicks (and some dudes) doing the most for one damn day

I'm just of the crowd that feels like you shouldn't be in major debt over one day. Will you be a bit broke after? yeah, or at least I was. But all the gift cards, and monetary blessings did me okay.

But point being, you should make the day memorable for both of you. But renting the maybach while having Donatella custom make the dress in Paris, while you fly her and your family out...probably wouldn't be the smartest, unless you got it like that. Maybe her dream is to visit Paris, yall can make that happen or honeymoon there and not break the bank. I don't know, but I wouldn't go broke to get married
