Yes main eventing takeover meant you were dropping the title and off to the main roster. Once that stopped those matches were nothing more than just a showcase of their work rate. It didn’t even end the feuds
When they went to USA Network to counter program AEW.

Here's the thing: There's something to be said about NXT being a developmental territory for the company's youth. That is, in fact, what the promotion SHOULD be: Mostly talented under-30s with a few vets around to show people the ropes and aid in development. NXT did very well for itself when it stuck to that model and started declining when Hunter decided it should be a super indy (as early as late 2016, despite most people souring on it in 2019...right around the time AEW showed everyone what the actual logical next step for a super indy should be).
With all that said, Vince can be correct for once without having any clue whatsoever about what the solution should be. He'll end up overcorrecting and giving us post-Cornette and post-Heyman OVW or something.
If you're talking about the midget thing, then no, I don't agree with Vince. We might share the idea that Adam Cole is a less credible champion and wrestler than his dentist girlfriend. That's about it.

Establishing talent just to get killed on the main roster.
As a viewer why should I invest in a person to get over in NXT just to be food on RAW. I'm not saying as soon as someone gets called up shoot them to the moon immediately but don't make them look stupid.
Shayna in NXT was a killing machine with only 2 losses as soon as she's on Raw she's eating pin after pin there was a stretch where she hadn't won a match. Throw in some count outs and some dq's.
Shayna should be the #1 female heel right now
