What do Jungle Boy, MJF, Danny Garcia, Darby Allin and Sammy Guevara do that Hobbs, Starks, Lee Johnson, Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean, Lee Moriarty, Top Flight, or Private Party cant?

some of these cats need something more than a nick name. big shotty and the captain are pretty good but their characters need flushed out. I'm hoping with the move to the impact zone Dark and /or Elevation starts to feature more character stuff because alot of the lower card talent are just guys. The fans need more to latch onto if fans are going to get behind these guys.

NBC Uni calls the shots on the run time. Once that third hour no longer becomes financially viable for the company, then they'll cut it to two hours. If that ever happened, the WWE is in dire straits.

Adam Cole may not have translated on the main roster. At the end of the day, wrestlers need to be believable.

The run time is a big hindrance, AEW's broadcaster also wanted 3 hours but they said no and said they'd do another hour show instead, it works out better that way. 3 hours used to be the PPV time, not many people wanna watch a 3 hour show every week plus another 2 hour one then another 6 hour one possibly on a PPV weekend, it's an overload and they don't seem focused as it is. Surely there's got to be a better way to provide content.

Idk about that brodie...I'm an old school dude that's borderline Generation X(1982) and my first favorite wrestlers as a kid were Koko B Ware and Bad News Brown(aside from Randy Savage). Representation matters breh.

Apparently, reprsentation didn't matter that much if you supported the WWF back then.

What do

Jungle Boy, MJF, Danny Garcia, Darby Allin and Sammy Guevara do that Hobbs, Starks, Lee Johnson, Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean, Lee Moriarty, Top Flight, or Private Party cant?

Half of these names are green as hell.

I was gonna say more but I just peeped that you're the doofy bul from yesterday.

so were the list of non-black people I named back in 2019 but they were still put in a position to shine from day 1

And Danny just waltzed in the fukking company not too long ago and is getting consistent time alongside those NXT rejects, but I guess he’s just that good and there’s no other black wrestlers out there whether unsigned or signed that's on his level and ready enough for something like that, right you corny ass bozo?

I don't know about ending the brand split but at least mix up the wrestlers here and there. Let people from other shows come thru and invade or challenge someone on another show. Not have the same matches practically every week. Let the superstars have more creative talent especially with their promos. And let NXT be itself and let Triple H run it instead of Vince or that Nick Khan guy. That color scheme looks dumb and I'm sure the plan changes will be also. They got 7 hours of programming a week, which is a lot of course, compared to AEW 3, but it is what it is. Maybe cutting an hour or half an hour to Raw might help if possible. They have a few decent stars but no excitement going for a lot of them. Vince needs to let others have a say and not try to control everything. Going thru the roster on their website, other than Adam Cole still being on there :russ:, I don't see a lot of wrestlers that people could care much about. Not including tag teams and women, and of course not including AJ and Orton who are currently in tag teams. Big E, Lashley, Cesaro, Priest (maybe but he's still fairly new and who knows how long before Vince buries him), Drew but he been rather boring since he lost the belt, Edge kind of, Finn, KO, Nak, Roman, Sami, maybe Sheamus, and Seth. They lose any 1 or 2 of those guys at least before mania and they in bad shape. Most of them likely been stuck in the same feud for weeks if not months.

I remember Raw growing up used to be full of suspense and interesting storylines. Maybe they need to do that again. And bring back stables. They broke up everybody except the bloodline now it seems. Don't need no elaborate story on the stable but just a group of wrestlers bound together with the goal of winning and helping each other out. Put more emphasis on rising stars too. Next major ppv is Survivor Series, and instead of raw vs smackdown, they could also build up stables and feuds between different guys and brands. Mix it up a bit.

They need to do something cuz if not AEW gonna take over. I predict that if AEW keeps going with this momentum, that soon as they can get another hour for Rampage they'll grab it and possibly cut into SD last hour or maybe even move to Monday or Tuesday and challenge Raw or NXT. They just had Danielson and Cole and Ruby debut and Suzuki appear as well for a match this Wed with Mox, not to mention the talent in Impact and possibly NJPW that they can use. WWE doesn't even know how to use the talent they have, let alone be willing to work with others.

Cody said during ALL IN back in 2018 before AEW was created that he was feeling a revolution and 3 years later it has definitely happened. WWE better do something or 3 years from now, who knows if they'll even exist. Lets remind ourselves to see how things are in the industry in September 2024. Hopefully the coli still around by then.

Kinda let your imagination run away with you on this one, pal. :mjlol: no dis, but I really don't feel like these new acquisitions are gonna affect WWE to a point of financial peril, loss of brand recognition, or losing deals. I know a lot of wrestling fans for some reason want one company to succeed by the other one dying... but for me, the best thing would be for both companies to thrive on their own, with their own identities and stars. AEW is in a place now where they're growing into more than "Cody's company" and that's dope. But I don't in any way feel like this means "R.I.P. WWE". IF they survived losing Hogan and Savage to WCW, and later Rock to Hollywood and Austin to injuries... Danielson and Adam Cole is not the threat that anyone thinks it is. WWF/E was far closer to going under 25 years ago than it is now.

No they aren't in trouble because financially their revenue streams are raking, but that said.. what should they do from here with the talent they have?

They could just continue business as usual but many feel they should react now and be proactive. Some sayin they should at least end the brand split..

What should they do?

Because of the bolded, nothing will change and they will stay the course. AEW has to be on some "WE WANT THE GOLD, SUCKA! VINNIE MAC WE COMIN' FOR YOU, NIKKA!" type of time before the WWE takes note.

Outside of Cody's cringe-worthy display with the sledgehammer/throne breaking, AEW seems mostly concerned with itself and the betterment of its product and has no interest in being an outright challenger to the crown. That lane works for them. AEW isn't perfect by any means, but they know their lane and are staying in it.

They all had a name before AEW, especially MJF and Sammy.

Danny Garcia being the new guy, he's buzzing outside of AEW as well and they might be trying to court him with these big-name fights he's getting. But he's losing them all. At least private Party had wins when they got their initial push.

You call me a bozo because you don't know what you're talking about. You armchair revolutionists try to hard. it's always you dudes that stay in the house and/or from the burbs.

And even so.. sign nikkas that have a name who are black it's not rocket science. Y'all tried to say WWE scooped up all the notable nikkas so there was nobody for AEW to sign in 2019 meanwhile Swerve, Chris Bey, and Carmelo Hayes were very much available and are all making a splash where they ended up.

Nah the majority of this forum knows youre a bozo and wishes you would leave TSC with your shyt takes.

It's not just WWE. they weren't even the main ones. IMPACT, ROH, MLW all cleaned house before AEW launched.

What available free Agents had a name? Swerve turned AEW down. The only other name was sonny Kiss and they grabbed em.

Chris bey was still the young jobber from ring warriors. Carmelo Hayes was not on the map. You're revising history that aint even stale yet.

The only problems I have on here is with weirdos like yourself. Not the whole board. This place wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for posters like me, but go head and keep following behind that lil slow white kid, just like a dikkhead.

Yawn here we go again with the “who’s available?!?!” bullshyt, if you claim to fukk with black indy wrestlers so much to the point of making threads(plural) shaming the coli for not following them then you of all people should know who’s available and who isn’t. There is not a shortage of available or ready black wrestlers. They just released a fukking list of 500 nikkas, out of the 400+ not signed to WWE, AEW, ROH, or Impact nobody else deserves an opportunity huh? On top of that they’ve been doing “for the culture” at GCW for two years now showcasing strictly black independent talent.

I’ve been answering this same dumbass question since 2019 and since then some people I named have either gotten scooped up by WWE Impact or AEW(or appeared on Dark to job) but most are still available. Acting like Chris Bey or Carmelo(Christian Casanova) were nobodies yet I was able to name them long before they signed with a company and now one won the X-Division title 5 months in and is now in the bullet club and the other just won a breakout tournament with a title shot of any choosing after 3 fukking months on TV and not even a year signed to the company, how’s that work? Miss me with that "green" and "not ready" bullshyt you c00n fakkit.

These are 3 posts from 2019, 2019, and 2020 respectively:
Saieve Al Sabah
AC Mack
Isiah Kassidy
Ryan Rembrant
Snoop Strikes
David Ali
Troy Hollywood
Jonathan Gresham
Fred Yehi
Baron Black
Renee Michelle
Kiera Hogan(unless impact has her locked down)
Hania Hunteress
I'd also like to add Darius Lockhart and Chris Bey to this list
they have a second brand on the way, I really dont want to hear about them not having limited tv time when dudes like marko stunt and wardlow get weekly tv time

Treehouse Lee
Saieve Al Sabah
Darius Lockhart
AR Fox
Ken Broadway
Isaiah Wolf
AC Mack
Christian Casanova
I’m sure you’ll still find a way to downplay this.

^^^ @SpacelySprockets i don't respect you, so I'm not reading all that. Lol.

I read the list tho.

These aren't free Agents. They're just underground and they're Jobbers whenever they get a spot on TV or YouTube in much smaller promotions.

You expect AEW to give deals to wrestlers that aren't even on the radar of the mid-majors. That's not even logical.

Pro-wrestlers are garbage. :mjlol: :russ: They are carny garbage. You trusting these clowns to go off script with your FOX primetime deal on the line? :usure:

They were overscripting promos 10 years ago when Fox wasn't even in their perview

What do Jungle Boy, MJF, Danny Garcia, Darby Allin and Sammy Guevara do that Hobbs, Starks, Lee Johnson, Carlie Bravo, Shawn Dean, Lee Moriarty, Top Flight, or Private Party cant?

MJF's one of the best promos in the business and other than Darby Allin, I don't think any of those guys are that more represented than Ricky Starks & Hobbs, who are on TV with Team Tazz every week.

Or you know...we'd actually like to see representation

Black "EVP" only in name bc she likes white dikk, short hair flippy gay nikka, transexual that injures actual women, Hobbs & Starks that are afterthoughts at the moment

Only in that company is being black the gimmick

Hobbs and Starks are not "afterthoughts".

They're on TV just about every week.

And I don't get why people are constantly insulting Brandi Rhodes as if HHH aint only where he is because he's banging his bosses daughter and his bosses daughter is only where she is because she's her bosses daughter.

Wrestling has ALWAYS been nepotistic, from the McMahons to the Von Erichs to the Crocketts to the Goulases.

Why only shyt on Brandi?:gucci:
