Here’s the thing about representation. Of course we all want it. It’s a legitimate gripe, but that doesn’t change the fact that you guys cling onto it as a crutch to bash these nikkas


The sole purpose of the show is to be good. Never once in my life have I saw a match and thought “Wow, that was great. Would have been 5 stars but neither competitor was black so I have to knock it down to 3”

AEW isn’t some perfectly handled company that is flawless outside of the fact that they don’t have a lot of prominent black people to the point where people need to reach about something to criticize out of spite. The only disingenuous thing going on is you trying to gaslight nikkas who think it’s weird that a wrestling company in 2021 is filled with a bunch of white men after promising that they’d be the most diverse company when they first launched. Yet the problematic company ran by out of touch old racists have way more diversity at the top than them. God forbid someone holds them to their word, they just nitpicking and bashing massa!

Unless they get a Ricochet or Keith Lee, it will be hard, Hobbs is average as fukk. Lee Johnson is years away. Big Swole has Crohns, Red Velvet and Jade are green. Private Party are lower tier mid card, Dante Martin has the potential to be used wisely and make it but I can't think of anyone else that I'd push now.

Scorpio sky isn't star material. He doesn't have it and honestly never did. I'm saying this as someone that was watching PWG instead of the WWE in the early 2010s til AEW/NJPW. Try to notice how cringe he was last night during Page's promo

He's talented but he can't seem to get over enough to be pushed as a singles star. He was given the opportunity by having the first tag title run but neither he nor Frankie were able to get over since. They just signed him long term, but Sky won't be your first black star. Martin has way more of a chance once he builds character.

I'm not a huge Jungle Boy fan but you can't dismiss facts and he's over as fukk

WWE need a revolution, they feel broken. There's so many things they need to do, 3 hour Raws isn't good, poor long term storytelling, look can be not as authentic enough, too many scripted promos, not enough great characters. They need an overhaul.

NBC Uni calls the shots on the run time. Once that third hour no longer becomes financially viable for the company, then they'll cut it to two hours. If that ever happened, the WWE is in dire straits.

Adam Cole may not have translated on the main roster. At the end of the day, wrestlers need to be believable.

As long as ad sales is a thing, there's no way that a third hour loses financial viability unless they have the crackhead MyPillow guy ranting and raving like a lunatic for the final hour every week. WWE and NBC/Universal make money off the advertising no matter the effect it has on the programming.
