For instance Martian Manhunter has all of Superman’s powers but can turn invisible and shapeshifter. I think he can alter his atoms as well.

Captain Atom can convert himself to a Red Sun and depowered Superman or drain the radiation from his body or amp his strength to exceed Superman’s.
