yeah, this was just alright
cinematography was great
but I saw most of the plot points coming especially
i said to myself right when Eddie started to step backwards that he was going to step on a landmine:francis:
When Leon The Professional shows up, hes going to do some shady shyt to the main characters pretty much in all his movies:mjlol:
I knew Clay Davis was going to sacrifice himself somehow soon as he said he wouldn't early in the movie:manny:
and that girl was right, the BLM moment was kinda cringe:snoop:

No problem with the grenade moment...just dont think he needed to yell out grenade. Should have just had him do it

I think its really good (good outweighs bad)

While I come out higher on the movie than him. I do agree that its kinda two movies. It still works for me because Delroy Lindo is just Godtier and the action is really good.

Sort of seems like Spike wanted to make one movie, but the script called for them to eventually make their way back to the adventure element of it.
Never would have guessed 3 of the Bloods would have died

Still..despite that I really enjoyed. Had the same feeling like with Dead Presidents the first time I saw it. It shifts to another movie yet I still end up enjoying it.

They got 57 year olds doing vietnam scenes lmaooooo

Netflix said fukk cgi

Punk ass Netflix. They were still moving around ok too. shyt would have came out nice

Not like De Niro's old shuffling ass :snoop:
Didnt bother me that much. Clearly a sign that these really old men keep reliving these moments. Its like how sometimes you think of the past and dont think of yourself back then, but now. Its also the false sense of being able to change something, but you cant.

Where the characters end up makes sense if you're basing it on the fact that they
died in Nam with Norm. Spirtually. Each character's spirit was forever broken by his death and then how their country treated them. Otis only survived because he was the least broken and had something to live for (new daughter)
So while I was surprised how things went in a way it makes sense. This was always going to be a one way trip. It truly was "fools gold"
