So this is back on and I’ve been falling in and out of sleep of season 2 while my gf watches it. Wanted to see if anyone here had checked out the second season.

Im on episode 6 so far..it definitely has this "Fort Green is the world" feel to it...i like it but it seems like it's missing something, like there's no point and no direction....but then again maybe that's the point with this artsy fartsy stuff??...but without spoiling anything...what's up with Fat Joe on this??? Why does he talk like that? He sounds straight up stupid. He'd be fine if he just acted like himself.

Watched the season over the weekend.
I dug it. It felt like they needed to get through paraphrasing the movie for season 1 before stepping out into something else. Still love their use of music in this too.

My favourite ep was the Puerto Rico one, where Rosie pops up as Tina from 'Do The Right Thing'.

Cool, Just finished Snowfall, and can't wait till season 3 of that drops.
I have to check out that new Twilight Zone myself cause I heard good thing about it and season 2 of this when I get the chance.

Might check it out. Season one was barely watchable and seemed like Insecure: Brooklyn.
This show worked best as movie and I get that Spike wanted to put a budget behind this show just to “make up” for how low budget the movie was. But the movie itself was just ok and didn’t exactly age well.
