Sorry, this movie was not for me. Maybe it went over my head or something. Idk. Visually stunning like the 1st one. Myles Morales voice actor was dope. Even better then he was last time. I like the choice for the ending although these white boys were booing in my theatre. Yeah, I was stunned too but it didn't bother me. Espcially at the potential of one of the adversaries. And "the chase scene" in the middle was dope too. But that's about it for the positives.
The villian was nothing special. Maybe being a non-comic book, I didn't get it. But honestly, it's nothing memorable about him. Not saying he was DC villian bad. But it wasn't that far off from the last Thor movie in terms of a villian. The dialogue between Gwen and her pops. And Myles and his parents was fine. But is that something I wanted them to spend so much time on? No. The other Spidermen compared to the 1st movie? Not even close as interesting, fun. I liked the diversity of Black people within the multiverse Spidermen. But again, compared to the first? No. The last 15 minutes were dope. But it really didn't get fun into like an 1:40 minute mark. But by then it's too late for a movie to be great. Overall I was dissapointed. Didn't have the surpise factors of the first one. Music was meh. But it looks like yall loved it so cool
