Miles is a household name now and the studios are gonna want to capitalize on that once this trilogy is over.

Honestly, why not at this point. We’ve already been through countless adaptations for Pete.

Sony is already working on that

Sony knows they can get a billion dollars out of Miles if they give him the MCU stimulus package, that's the major thing that will drive them imo.

Across the Spider-Verse will finish at 600+ million globally on a 100 million budget, as an unconventional movie of sorts. Meaning, it's a "serious" animated film that doesn't have the typical art style, simplified plot points, nor "aww that's so cute" gimmick characters (think "Minions") for small children/families... but it also isn't the live-action cgi-fest with all the bells and whistles to cater towards adults. And yet the appetite for the character and story was still so strong.

Hell, typically you could get 400-500+million from foreign markets alone just from blowing shyt up using an established IP

They need to bring all the miles from the other universe, we saw insomniac peter, there should be absolutely no question about seeing insomniac miles in there along with cartoon miles voiced by glover

miles 1610 was a mistake but that doesnt mean the other miles were, $100 that will be the defining story for the trilogy and prove miguel is wrong

Yeah thats why Miguel told Miles he is the original anomaly. There were levels to that statement. Not just that he was never supposed to be Spider Man. Not just our Miles specifically, but ANY Miles in any universe. None of them were supposed to be Spidey. And because of Spot, ours did.

Our Miles is the ONLY Miles that ever becomes Spider-Man.

when the Spot was giving his backstory in the start - we see the radioactive spider from earth 42 - still on earth 42 - and it was lurking around Miles

this was before it jumped to our Miles's universe. Now, one could argue that was just for dramatic effect or that it was going to ignore Miles - but seeing how deliberate this movie and it's predecessor have been with all their frames - I think the most likely explanation is that the spider was going to bite earth 42 Miles, thus he was going to be Spidey anyway. Not an anomaly. As previously stated - do not take Miguel at his word.
