Spectre: Bond 24 Official Thread

Beyond the opening scene there's not an ounce of originality or ingenuity in the movie. What's left is a two and a half hour movie of bad storytelling and rehashed uninspired action scenes.

Is Casino Royale that hard of a Bond move to top? Seems like everyone after that was a let down.

Man honestly fukk James Bond. I never really dug the franchise like that. All of the Craig driven bond flicks have been average to terrible. I'm not gonna see this one. Nothing about the trailer intrigued me one bit. Sky fall was the nail in the coffin for me.

Mission Impossible and the Bourne franchise are better.

If someone had told me back in '08 that Quantum Of Solace would end up being Craig's second best Bond movie I would've slapped the fire out of that person, but here we are.

Since this is a spot for all the james bond fans and chatter, we (and by we, I mean me) are doing James Bond week on my site in the run up to Spectre. It's why we were saying pages and pages back when we were debating the good bond flicks and the bad ones: They're hard to judge because everyone has their own idea of what a good bond movie is and what a bad one is. There are critics saying it's bad and or meh and critics saying it's great. Bond is a hard franchise to critique in some respects
