Director-wise where do you think they'll take the franchise? Matthew Vaughn would kind of be an obvious choiceIt's cool. Bond franchise is used to it breh. Terrence young made the blueprint and he only did three movies

What about Steven SoderberghI think they'll go back to journeymen. Then again maybe not. They've had success with an auteur so maybe they want to keep going that route. Vaughn will probably say "nah I did that already" Nolan will be too expensive. Guy Ritchie has too much of his own style. Maybe they'll go back to Martin Campbell
What about Steven Soderbergh
Would not mind Martin Campbell taking another crack at it considering Casino Royale is GOAT status to me. I love Nolan but his direction of action scenes are as hell
I love theorizing about different directors taking on certain movies. A James Cameron bond movie would be I wish he would try a movie like Bond. I think Nolan would have the perfect tone for bond but I really really question his ability to direct complex action set pieces that a Bond movie would require.I think Soderbergh has got too much style too lol. I have no idea who they'd get to direct it. Damn now you got me really thinking about this

Lol you nerdThe theme from on her majesty's secret service played during the last half of the trailer
tarantino would have the potential to be epic. he loves to throw in little hints and hommages at other movies, the bond movies like to give little nods to their history as well. i read somewhere that he was offered to direct a die hard movie back in the 90's but declines, because he felt that it would water down his style and jeopardyze his career. he is so established by now, he could do it and if it doesn't work out he can just and continue to do what he does best. but it would mean a complete reboot of the franchise again, since his style would work best with doing a live and let die or the man with the golden gun type of movie that wouldn't fit with the current style of the more serious daniel craig bonds. and they already used christoph walz in spectrer, so they couldn't use him again. imagine a waltz villain in a bond movie, written by tarantinoDirector-wise where do you think they'll take the franchise? Y'know back in the day Steven Spielberg was trying to get the Bond directing gig but Cubby Broccoli said hell no and Spielberg made Indiana Jones instead.I think Soderbergh has got too much style too lol. I have no idea who they'd get to direct it. Damn now you got me really thinking about this
Christoph Walz is going to kill it as Franz Oberhauser.

I would be interested in seeing what Spielberg would do with the franchise now.
