South Korea has serious class issues, that's probably a private high school or a upper class of some sort.

Regular high school ain't eating like that over there.

It is a private high school located in Namdong, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do. It is the only boys' high school and mission school in Yongin-si.

nah, in american highschools at least back in my day, they made pizza in giant batches in order to save money.
But since it was on a sheet pan instead of a pizza pan like in italian places. they had to cut them into squares

This. If you weren't born or married into the family that controls the major corporations over there (Hyundai, Kia, LG, etc.), you essentially are never going to become upper-class.

If you don't work for them, then you might not even become middle-class:heh:

I don’t think every Korean HS is making 4 star meals for every student. But yes, if you go some of these suburban high schools, they have good lunches and even nutritionists specifically for athletes.

A real problem is that some of these schools and school districts are trying to meet dietary guidelines while having a budget of like 2.00 per student per meal.

We could easily invest more in our children’s nutrition, but that isn’t something reflected in our current public political discourse. In fact, one party wants to cut the Department of Education entirely

Korea ain't the only one.

I can post highlights of every other country.

I don't think it's budgeting, it's tax dollars going to big corporations and they going as cheap as possible

Not every school has the same lunches, even in the same districts.
Check this high school in Carmel, Indiana:mjcry:

**proceeds to show a video with NO LUNCHES in it**
:mjlol: :russ::dead:
:pachaha:

You right. It’s a fact that nicer schools have nicer lunches though. If the school has a culinary program, let’s not act like the food is going to be subpar

But here is the website for empirical data

And here is the link to the actual menu.
