I don't think this is the result of bullying so much as it is the result of her financial ruin. She literally lost all her money to lawsuits. and can't find work anymore.
If she was still rich and acting, i imagine the bullying even if exactly the same intensity would've just been brushed off.
Basically, this.

It was an insanely costly accident and she couldnā€™t get anymore big work. Normal jobs probably werenā€™t paying enough to cover the damages.

57 different businesses were going after her for losses. I donā€™t even think an America entertainer is coming back from that unless theyā€™re an A-Lister about to drop some Top Gun shyt.
