South Carolina teacher files a sexµal harassment complaint against 10 year old student

She goes to the parents and there is a chance they turn it back on her, make it seem like she was the one sexualizing the interaction, that she put it in his mind to do it. fukk that, you make that shyt official and let the parents handle it after. You are not the family's friend, you are a teacher so you handle that shyt professionally and with paperwork.

That’s not how it would have been handled in a good school though. In most good schools, the teacher would have raised her concerns with the designated safeguarding lead and then the child would be monitored and their parents would be informed.

If we take the worst scenario with the kid, that teacher deciding to raise a sexual harassment claim against that child could get the parents off the hook for some fukkery they’re doing at home since it won’t be investigated properly.

If it’s totally innocent on the kid’s side and he just has boundary issues, him being treated like the office creep is more than likely going to alienate him at school and could impact his belief in the education system.
