Not even remotely overboard.

He's a repeat offender, and has been told that his behavior is inappropriate on multiple occassions. He's 10 years old, not 2, so unless he has some mental disability (which doesn't seem the case), the teacher is going to know whether or not a child that age has sexual intent. I'msure this isn't the first child that's hugged her, so she'll know the difference.

The real question is how or from where has he picked this up from? If he's doing it at school and to a teacher than he's clearly done it before outside of school.

It has nothing to do with the story but, I remember kids telling teachers to "suck their dikk" or "sick it". Especially white boys doing some slick "excuse me miss, I don't get this question" and brushing their arm on their breast when the teacher leaned in, then bragging about it after. Or brushing up on a teacher when she was bent over, and looking back at the rest of us like he was doing something.

It's funny because these are the same white boys who are red when they get mad, or now their older they would kill anyone for touching their female family members and act like they weren't moving like a goofy when they were kids.

She‘s a shytty teacher.

This should have been raised with the child’s parents and the situation should have been monitored over a period of time. Going straight to a sexual harassment claim is stupid because this child’s lack of boundaries could be due to a safeguarding issue at home, developmental issues, like autism, or maturity issues because you know, he’s a fukking 10 year old.

Tired of these ill equipped people dealing with kids like they’re adults :snoop:

She goes to the parents and there is a chance they turn it back on her, make it seem like she was the one sexualizing the interaction, that she put it in his mind to do it. fukk that, you make that shyt official and let the parents handle it after. You are not the family's friend, you are a teacher so you handle that shyt professionally and with paperwork.
