yeah, these videos autoplayed on my youtube for some reason (I think youtube gets info from the coli lol). These dudes really sounded like some haters and a couple of them, one was a Brazilian dude, wasn't even really reviewing the game, he was just shytting on Soulja Boy and calling it a knockoff...then had the nerve to tell everybody to buy his little "vintage" "indy" game based off streets of rage...aka a knockoff.

Did you watch the video? The text of the law authorizes, as a max penalty, 10 years jail time for first-time IP theft. Nintendo wrote was essentially cease and desist (which they do a LOT). IF it goes to a courtroom, they won't pursue jail time, they'll go for a large cash payout to act as deterrent for other piracy companies. That's exactly what happened last month when they won their lawsuit against LoveROMs. I'm a believer that racism drives a lot of hostility in the world..but I don't think this situation's an example of it.
