Yep that's what I felt at the time One Piece was also on, I got more hyped over that than Naruto back in 05. Eventually I dropped both of them due to the tv network canceling them, I never looked back since then.

yusuke got flaws but he owns them along with everyone else in the show

that dude finally met his dad, ran the fade, and didn't even want to use the gifts he was handed at the end. goes from being appalled, to using it as needed, to being wholly indifferent and not giving a fukk because the power was never more important than the fight - all of it stays consistent to who he was even climbing the tower

shyt... as dumb as goku is, at least its noted that everyone he knows believes he's a dumbass who'd risk all their lives for a good fight. but that was consistent too


naruto? this dude whole life is fraudulent. and he and everyone else in the story talk around it like there's nothing stank.

Naruto went downhill after the Pain invasion arc. Nagato was right but somehow Naruto managed to finesse him into killing himself and reviving everyone he killed in the leaf village
And don't get me started on Obito being Tobi....
