My thoughts exactly. Imo Kratos wouldn't be Mario level but definitely Link level I think. Make the girl from Horizon could be their Samus. Crash and Sackboy was the last hope for that kind of mascot.

Crash has been on multiple non Sony systems so he can’t possibly be their mascot. He was in the psx days but Sony moved on. Crash WAS their mascot and they threw him in the trash and let him appear on other systems.
