any developer/publisher could sell their games through their own store on PC. but most see that giving Steam 30% is worth the exposure, and features, they get from being on Steam

A sony streaming handheld would go crazy right now.

they got games on PC, and they've been testing the waters to see what works for them. they're just protective to their brand, and it's identity as an electronics company

it's interesting considering these companies' roots, and how it influences their decisions. Sony: an electronics company. Microsoft: a software company. Nintendo: a game company
