Sony been outspending everybody for decades. The sole reason their games get such good reviews is cause they spend hella money on them. 99.9% of people making games can’t even afford the Spider-man license.

With the logic you’re using, back in the day you would have had a snes and been like fukk GENESIS, fukk Turbo graphix-16. You would have played the real final fantasy games which I loved but you wouldn’t have played sonic, fantasy star, bonks adventure, legendary axe 1,2, Hudson’s adventure island, ordyne was a beast on TG-16

It’s the truth.

You can’t have such great voice acting, graphics, motion capture, etc. I.E. “production value” without spending a ton of money.

Most devs don’t have nearly the amount of money to put towards that stuff.

You guys always claim those things are what make Sony games stand out. That stuff matters A LOT to reviewers.
