Sony sound defeated. Microsoft don't have to honor contract obligation at all. They can force Sony hand and say hey you can have these titles but put Gamepass on your system.

Crazy Microsoft bought every publisher Sony tried to or did have exclusivity rights with.

Sony does exclusives to sell consoles, microsoft isn’t spending all this money to sell consoles. Sony is still acting as a games company, microsoft is approaching this as a tech company that wants to expand its reach in cloud

So they not FUTURE PROOF is what you’re saying, and Xbox is building a gaming service like Sega did they literally tried to go the cable route before the Netflix route but Comcast got greedy/afraid. The deal breaker was DVR built into the Xbox one. Comcast makes decent money over dvr and didn’t want Xbox offering that for free, backed off of Microsoft’s plans and sued to make sure they couldn’t release that functionality.

All the TV and movie plans from last Gen, somehow you Stans treated all that like it was bad? No, that was trying to create a box that does everything, and we would be able to trade our digital games, lend then out, sell them/etc. They went into great detail what they wanted to do, how they wanted every Xbox connected via the cloud so we could use the combined power to make more power games and you laughed at the attempt

So they was like fukk it, we’ll get there without your help and now the cloud doesn’t need us to exist. But you (Sony) will need it to exist

Not only that but they still have to spend money on top of the money they already paid developing those games. It’s gonna cost a lot of money to run 33 mega studios on an annual basis, market gamepass, and development cost and still put those titles on a 10 dollar service.

If they don’t put those games on playstation they are upping the price of their services 10 fold

Sony lost 20 billion so they better make Wolverine multiplat to recoup some of those lost wages. That means they lost 1/7th of their worth just by looking like little broke bytches in the scheme of things

They need to get to 4k 60 streaming like Netflix and I'll cop a gametrash subscription.

Microsoft is about control and hardware provides a way consumers actually still control their product. With gamepass you ain't gaming without paying which seems like an easier base to exploit and make money from. Trophy's and user profiles tied to an online only account. Gamers are food

You don’t have to stream, but if you choose to you won’t notice a drop in quality. It scales the image to 4k and does a great job because again I can’t tell the difference when I play or stream and I’m on an oled
