It's still going and it was for Europe only. Sony owns Columbia Pictures and Sony Television Production Studios. They are ALREADY involved in TV.

The article is talking about a new service Sony is looking into. It's not even just about the PS4. But like clockwork you have the usual dudes in here making it another Xbox One vs PS4 thing.

This is a streaming service. Like Netflix or Hulu. It's not turning the console into an extension of your cable box for your existing cable package. You need cable to use the One's TV features, this isn't the same thing. That really shouldn't have to be explained but some of you enjoy being blissfully ignorant.
