Demon’s Souls is already out. What’s next
Need to find out what they are doing at the showcase
"Symphony" to me aligns with Castlevania.

But they wouldn’t remake a 2d side scroller
Twin Snakes was a remake, but at least Kojima was involved
doesn't sit right with me having other people tamper with his art

Portable Ops was made without Kojima and it was fine
At the end of the day, its not as if theres any stylistic or writing heavy lifting being done. Its most likely a graphical overhaul maybe some QoL features, hopefully like Demon’s Souls was
he was the producer of that game
Kojima still needs to have a level of oversight to it. He doesn't have to be the director but not involving him in essentially what is his life's work is not a good move. People like this series because of him. Removing him from the equation automatically makes an inferior project.

Maybe wait to see the product before getting upset on his behalf, like Fromsoft dweebs did with Demon’s Souls or Resident Evil remakes

Most the 3rd party titles are PS5/PC so far, with the exception of final fantasy. Silent Hill 2 Remake is pc and ps5
