Not really...

Yes PC games do come with shytty DRM that's supposed to stop sharing games and pirating but everything is crackable...Basically DRM has been a massive fail on PC because all it does is give legit paying gamers problems...Hackers have always found a way around the protection...

All my non-multiplayer steam games for example are cracked so i can play them offline on the laptop when im traveling...Plus I pirate all content deliberately left out to sell at a later date aka DLC...In other words I get my $60 worth...

I seriously doubt it happens. Especially in the manner that they are talking about. I can't take my NBA2k and play it at my potnas house? Nah.... they aren't that stupid.

No. All you would have to do is bring your game and make sure you sign on to your PSN account at your friends house. It ties onto your PSN similar to a sync on smartphones.

And if my friend asks me to borrow one of my games that im not playing, what , i have to go to his house and log in as my self so he can play my game on his ps3. Lets not defend this garbage. This could bury sony.

All these restrictions are doing is making it easy for a 3rd player to swoop in and crush the buildings by taking gamers back to a time when there were less restrictions.

nevermind. it might be worst. the games ties to the mother system. Sony better not implement this or its over. The sync to PSN is a better idea. But make the PS4 PSN signin process easier.

Publishers need to embrace tiered pricing. $19,29,39,etc...

Few games are worth $65.

I remember I bought KOFXI new for PS2 for 14.99. I never cared for KOF but it was a impulse buy because of how cheap it was. I think this strategy would be effective.
